In the event that a vehicle is abandoned at our facility, Auto Solutions Pro reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover costs associated with storage and disposal of the vehicle.

5. Warranty

Auto Solutions Pro provides a warranty on parts and labor for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty is void if the vehicle is subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and accompanied by the original invoice. Auto Solutions Pro reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and determine the validity of the warranty claim.
